Meditation for Inner Peace

1. Take three deep inhales (where is there tension/tightness/ collapse? Breathe into those places and expand into them with your breath)

2. With each exhale, relax your shoulders, eyes, and jaw

3. Inhale deeply into your heart

4. Exhale fear, anger, frustration (Feel whatever you need to feel - seeing this release itself from your mind/body/spirit to God/Life/Universe/ or even burning itself up in the Sun)

5. Focus on the things you have gratitude for, love, joy, family, etc - Inhale this into your heart

6. Exhale the thoughts of fear

7. With your eyes closed, keep breathing into your heart and place your request/prayer for yourself, the world, and your loved ones.

8. Soak it all in and FEEL the support of your Spirit in your Life. See yourself surrounded in a bubble of green, gold, or violet/white light
